WHERE WE ARE AND HOW TO REACH US
Is the hotel composed of 2 buildings?
Yes, one is located seafront and houses the reception, the bar, classic and economy rooms on the first floor and Superior Design rooms on the 3 upper floors, and the panoramic terrace La Luna Blu on the 5th floor. The second building is located about 40 m behind the first and houses the restaurant and 4 floors of classic rooms.
The swimming pools are located on the first floor between the 2 building and can be reached from both sides.
Is the hotel right on the seafront?
Yes, we are on the seafront of Montesilvano, you only need to cross the promenade to access our private beach.
Is the hotel near the centre?
The centre of Montesilvano with its shops is about 2 km away, in the summer there are attractions during the evening such as ice-cream parlours, merry-go-rounds, markets about 800 m from the hotel on the seafront.
How do I reach the hotel from Pescara airport?
- By bus: The Pescara airport is about 10 km from the hotel. From there you can take bus no. 38, get off at the Via Nazionale Adriatica Nord/Via Marinelli stop and then continue on foot; or take bus no. 8 to the Pescara Terminal bus stop and then take bus no. 2/ and get off at the Via Aldo Moro stop.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We guarantee room access by 3 pm, if you arrive earlier and the room is ready we will be happy to give you the keys, otherwise you can put your bags in our deposit and start to enjoy your holiday by the pool, have lunch with us and at the sea.
When booking full board, is it possible to arrive for lunch even if check-in is at 3pm?
Yes, you can arrive at the property before 3 pm and go to the beach or pool, and have lunch while waiting for the room to be ready. In this case, however, the stay ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
You can alternatively start your stay with dinner on the day of arrival, in which case you can have lunch on the day of departure bearing in mind that the room must be vacated by 10.00 am and the umbrella on the beach is not included.
Can I check-in at all times?
Yes, the reception is open 24 hours a day.
RESTAURANT
Does the restaurant serve at the table or at the buffet? Is it open all year round? What hours do you keep?
The restaurant is open during the months of June, July, August and September and offers a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Are there any refunds for meals not consumed?
No.
When you book half board, you can choose every day whether to have lunch or dinner?
No, on half board you have to choose at the beginning of your stay whether you prefer to have lunch or dinner for the entire stay.
Does the kitchen take food intolerances into account?
Yes, we prepare occasional meals, which are gluten free, and we have a selection of dishes for vegetarians. The chef will indicate every day which dishes are suitable for different needs
Are drinks always included at the restaurant?
Those who book the full/half board formats are always offered filtered water and house wine, while the All Inclusive SOLE format also includes soft drinks by the glass and coffee at mealtimes and throughout the day.
BEACH
Is the beach always included in the stay?
No, the beach is included with All Inclusive stays from May 20 to October 31.
For those staying in the bed and breakfast format the beach is available free of charge from May 20 to Mai 31 and from September 15 to October 31, during the remaining period from June 1st to September 15 it is available for a fee.
For those who stay with All Inclusive format, is the beach included both during the day of arrival and the day of departure?
No, the beach is included only on the day of arrival.
Is the beach suitable for children?
Yes, the beach is perfect for children because it is of fine sand and the seabed is shallow thanks to the breakwater rocks.
Can I book an umbrella in the front row?
Yes, with a supplement of 10 euros per day and subject to confirmation of availability.
CHILDREN
Are there animation and mini club?
Yes, we have animation for adults and children with Mini Club in the morning and afternoon every day. Children from 3 years old and up can participate in the Mini Club, while younger children can participate under the supervision of a parent. Every evening there is baby dance and shows or group outings.
Do I have to pay for a club card for animation?
No, it is always included.
Are there spaces dedicated to children?
Yes, we have an indoor baby room with toys, books, tables for workshops. We also have a shaded play area on the beach and a small play area by the pool. For the children there is a fully dedicated pool only 80 cm deep with a mushroom that sprays water.
Can I book a cradle?
Yes, we can provide portable cot upon reservation at the price of 10 euros per day. Alternatively, you can bring your own cot free of charge by notifying us at the time of booking.
SERVICE
Do you accept pets?
No, we cannot accommodate animals.
Is there parking available?
We have an outdoor car park in the hotel’s courtyard; it is free, unattended, not bookable, and subject to availability.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, in the entire structure, in the rooms and by the sea. FREE.
Are the pools always open?
No, the pools are open from April to the end of October, they are uncovered and not heated.
Do you rent bicycles?
Yes, by reservation, the price is 2 euros the first hour and 1 euro each subsequent hour. 5 euros for the whole day. We also have child seats (max 20 kg).

How can I request a quote without any reservation obligation?
Requesting a quote is very easy and fast, you can do it on our website by filling out the form that you find at the bottom of each page. Or you can contact our booking office via phone. To receive the best possible personalized quote, we recommend that you specify the period of stay, the number of people, the type of room, the age of the children or teenagers and any special requests you may have.
What do I need to confirm my booking?
For overnight stays in B&B format: a valid credit card or prepaid card charge as a guarantee. A pre-authorization (temporary freezing of the amount) will be made on the same to ensure the availability of funds.
For stays on full/half board:

What happens if I cancel my reservation?
For overnight stays in B&B format:
During most periods you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival, in case of later cancellations or no-show you will be charged the amount of the first night.
- During the period from June 29 to August 2 and from August 19 to August 31 you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, in case of later cancellations or no-show you will be charged the amount of the first night.
- During the period from August 3 to August 18 you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, in case of later cancellations or no-shows you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the customer by requesting a pre-authorization by its respective circuit.
No amount will be charged.
In case of reservations made through online portals such as Booking.com, Expedia etc..., the cancellation policies of the same are always valid.
For stays on full/half board:
A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required for confirmation of the booking.
For cancellations communicated by email or fax within 15 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded, for late cancellations or no-shows there are no refunds.
In case of early departures, the entire cost of the booked stay will be charged.
How can I pay for my stay?
Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, debit card, cheque and bank transfer. For the latter two it is required to complete the transaction upon on arrival.
WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO GO?
This is the first time that we come to Montesilvano, what does the city have to offer?
Montesilvano is a seaside town with a beautiful cycle path on the plain that connects it to Pescara just 5 km away. Here you can go shopping in the boutiques of the town centre, visit the birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio, the tourist port and the charming Ponte dal Mare, the longest cycle/pedestrian bridge in Europe. Pescara is also packed with nightlife venues. In Montesilvano you will find shops, ice-cream parlours, amusement rides, and markets on the coast about 800m from the hotel.
Are there any interesting excursions not far from the hotel to explore Abruzzo?
Of course! In Abruzzo you will find 2 national parks to immerse yourself in nature, medieval villages rich in history just 10 minutes from us such as Sant'Angelo, the famous Trabocchi coast where you can eat fish from the Adriatic on the pilings that fishermen used, caves, hermitages, the heart-shaped Lake of Scanno, the Gran Sasso of Italy with its stunning plateaus and the famous Castle of Rocca Calascio, among the 10 most beautiful in the world according to National Geographic.

Are there any excursions for children?
About an hour's drive from the hotel there are 2 water parks, we are 40 minutes from a Zoo, and numerous adventure parks both in the mountains and on the sea. Ask for help at the reception to make your selection.
